Localization Account Manager at Deluxe Entertainment for Disney+ Originals: full pipeline ownership from brief to global delivery across dubbing, subtitling, accessibility assets, and metadata. Coordinated subtitle teams, ADR teams, dubbing studios, and QC partners across time zones. Primary liaison between Disney stakeholders and all production vendors. Operated across Deluxe One, Sfera, and Disney's proprietary internal delivery platforms.

Dubbing director and full script adaptation for director Lu Chuan's landmark sci-fi epic: 8 years in production, shot by Star Wars cinematographer David Tattersall, starring Karry Wang (Wang Junkai). Worked directly with the director on creative adaptation and voice casting. Produced by Tencent Pictures and Huayi Brothers.
Cultural Heritage VR, Dubbing Director
Dubbing direction for an immersive VR experience set within the UNESCO-listed Mogao Caves of Dunhuang, a 1,600-year-old Silk Road cultural site in Gansu Province. Co-produced with Tencent, the experience offers a 1:1 digital replica of the caves and their Buddhist murals, accessible where the physical site is restricted. Directed VO performance for spatial audio across multiple languages, adapting for the unique demands of immersive media and cultural heritage storytelling.
AI Data, Production Lead
Built and ran the complete production pipeline for Samsung's large-scale AI voice data collection: 250,000+ lines across Swedish, Portuguese, Romanian, Turkish, and Dutch, each with its own recording criteria, phonetic requirements, and QC protocols. Designed workflows, managed distributed recording teams, and enforced structured delivery end-to-end, fully remote.
Crime Drama, End-to-End Localization Producer
Sole producer across all 38 episodes of this CCTV and iQiyi crime drama: script adaptation, subtitle creation, on-site studio direction, VO casting and performance direction, studio operations, and QC from first episode to final delivery. The series aired November to December 2024, earning a 7.7 score on MyDramaList and praised as one of 2024's standout crime dramas in China. Starring Yu Hewei, Fu Dalong, and Ding Yongdai.
Urban Drama, Simultaneous Multilingual Localization
Simultaneous localization of Seasons 1 and 2 into English, French, and Portuguese for international distribution. One of China's defining urban dramas: five professional women navigating career, relationships, and modern Shanghai life. Season 1 achieved 10 billion+ online views and a peak single-day viewership of 680 million. Aired on Zhejiang TV, Dragon TV, iQiyi, and Tencent Video. Winner of 8 nominations at the 23rd Shanghai Television Festival Magnolia Awards.

SVNR Co. is built on over a decade of production across Beijing, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. Not managing production from a distance — being in the room. Translating the script, directing the session, performing the VO, building the vendor network, running the studio, designing the workflow, delivering the file.
That path started in Beijing studios: translation, VO, assistant roles, and studio operations, growing through every function until running full operations for Bo Sheng Entertainment and building it from four people into the go-to localization partner for China's top theatrical and AAA game releases across 30+ languages. Then Deluxe Entertainment managing Disney+ global OTT deliveries on proprietary enterprise platforms. Then fully independent: complete productions handled end-to-end, from blockbuster film dubs and AI data collection to brand market entry, with full creative and operational ownership on every project.
The range is not accidental. Every environment — boutique studio, enterprise platform, remote data pipeline, immersive VR, live broadcast — required building something from scratch and wearing every hat. That accumulated experience is what SVNR brings.
